The so-called "other woman" who supposedly sparked Tiger Woods's accident has hired a high-profile celebrity lawyer and issued an adamant denial about any relationship with the golfing champ. "I did not have any involvement with him [Woods]," Rachel Uchitel told E! News. "Whatever was written in the Enquirer was not said by me, it was said by two people that claimed they were friends of mine, but they're not." Lat's Transsexual Sportswriter Dies

Mike Penner, a longtime Los Angeles Times sportswriter who made headlines in 2007 when he announced that he was transsexual, has died. He was 52.
Penner was pronounced dead Friday evening at Brotman Medical Center in Culver City, a Los Angeles County coroner's official said.
The cause of death has not been determined but was believed to be suicide.
